Overton County Schools has wonderful community partners that help the district in so many ways. One of those community members, Steve Cooper of Cooper Recycling, has been very generous in donating incentive prizes to help motivate our students who participate in the summer learning camps.
Mr. Cooper donated 5 bicycles and a Nintendo Switch game console, which will be awarded by a drawing. Students, your attendance and achievements in summer camp can increase your chances to win!
At the A. H. Roberts elementary summer camp program, there will be a bicycle prize for each grade level (5 bicycles). At the Livingston Middle School summer camp program, all grades will be in the drawing to win the Nintendo Switch game console.
Each day a student attends summer school, they will receive an entry into the drawing. Teachers will also reward students for meeting goals with additional entries to win.
