Week of Aug. 14 - 18  Math: Begin Module 2.  Comparing Fractions and Decimals with a Number Line; Equivalences.   Complete Lesson 1,2, and 3.   SS: Chapter 2 in Gallopade Workbook: Agriculture, Food- Sources, Bartering, Domesticating Animals.
Week of Aug 21 - 25.  Math:  Finding and Applying LCM and GCF; AimsWeb Testing.  SS: Ch.4 in Gallopade: Vocabulary and Questions, AimsWeb Testing.
Week of Aug. 28 - Sept 1  Math: Test over Module 2 on Wed.  Begin Module 3.  SS: Egypt Civilization...Map work in Geography, Famous Pharoahs, Hieroglyphs.
Week of Sept 5-8 Math:  Continue Module 3 Computing Fractions.  SS: Continue Egypt.
Week of Sept 11-15  Math: Test Thursday over Module 3.  SS: Test Friday over Egypt.
Week of Sept. 18-22  Math: Begin Module 4 Dividing Decimals.  SS: Begin Israel Civilization in Gallopade book. 
Week of Sept. 25-29  Math: Test on Module 4 Wed. or Thurs.  SS: Cover History and Culture of Israel,  Test Next Week.
Week of Oct. 3 -7  Math:  We take an Assessment on Tuesday, Continuing Module 5.  SS: We take an Assessment on Monday; Study Guide will be given out Monday, Test Thursday over Israel.
Week of Oct.16-20.  Math:  Finishing up Module 5, Test Thursday.  SS:  Starting new unit of India.  Map Work, History, Culture,  Religion.
Week of Oct. 23-27.  Math:  Module 6 Test on Friday over Comparing Proportional Circle Graphs.  SS: Continuing India- Culture, History.
Week of Oct. 30- Nov. 3.  Math  Beginning Module 7.  SS Continuing India- People, Caste System.  Halloween Party Tuesday.
 Nov. 6-10   Math:  Continue Module 7.  SS:  India Civilization Test on Thursday.  Veteran's Program Practice Tues-Wed 7:45-8:30.  Breakfast and Program Thurs 8:00
Nov 13-17  Math;  Finish Module 7.  Test on Thurs or Fri.... SS: Beginning China Early Civilization;   Map Work, History.
Nov. 20-21  Math: Thanksgiving Graph for a grade. SS:  Chinese Dynasties: Qin and Han.  4-H will be here Tuesday.
Nov. 27 - Dec 1  Math: Cont. Module 8.  AimsWeb Test next week.  SS: Cont. Ancient China Civilization.
Dec.4-8   Math:  We have started Module 9-Equations and Expressions.  SS: Continuing China Religions-Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism.  AimsWeb Testing Thursday and Friday.
Dec.11-15    Math:  Finishing Module 9 Test Thursday.  SS:  Finishing China.  Christmas Party Friday.
Jan.3-5   Math:  Fraction, Decimal, Percent Equivalents.  SS: Begin Greece Civilization,  Geography and Mapwork.
Jan.8-12  Math:  Begin Module 10- Real-World Relationships with Variables. Lessons 1-4.  SS: Continue Greece - History, Culture.  
Jan. 15-19  Mastery Connect Testing to Pacing .
 
Jan.22 - 26 It SNOWED
Jan.29 - Feb. 2    We will finish Mastery Connect testing on Tuesday.  Math: We've transitioned to Module 11 (Graphing Polygons) Lessons 1-3 this week.  SS: Greece - Famous People(Philosophers) and Sculptures.
Feb.5-Feb 9 SS Finish Greece- Olympics, Athens-Sparta City-States. Study Guide on Friday.  Test Next Tuesday Feb. 13.  Math Finish Module 11: Perimeter and Area of Polygons on a Grid using Coordinates. Practice Test Thursday, Test on Friday
Feb. 12 - 16   Math:  Continue Module 12,  Lessons 2-4.  SS: Ancient Rome-Geography and History.
Feb.20-23    Math Finish Module 12-Area and Perimeter of Polygons, Test Thursday.  SS: Ancient Rome- Twelve Tables, Rule of Law, Roman Government.
Feb.26-Mar.1   Math: Begin Module 13 Lessons 1-3 this week.  Surface Area of Prisms, Volume of Rectangular Prisms.   SS: Continue Roman Culture, Inventions, Religion.
Mar.4 - Mar.8:  Monday- Mastery Connect Testing-Science, SS.
                        Tuesday-  Election-No School.
                        Wed.- Mastery Connect Testing-Math
                        Thur.- Math Test Module 13.  SS-Roman Inventions Canals, Aqueducts, Arches, Domes.

March 18-22:  Math-Begin Module 14: Data Collection and Interpretation,  Lessons 1-3.  SS-Roman Empire in Review, Test Friday.
Mar.25-29  Math Test on Module 14 Tuesday,  Start Module 15-Measures of Center, Graphing.  SS-Start Reviewing for TnReady Test.  Going back over Mesopotamia and Egyptian Civilizations.
Apr 2-5   Math - Module 15 Lessons 1-3.  SS - TCAP Review,
Apr 8-12 Math - Test over Module 15,  TCAP Review.  SS - TCAP Review
Apr 15-26 TCAP Testing.  Make-up testing on Friday of both weeks.
