Students are invited to get creative and design a cover that represents our school and the spirit of the Allons Hawks. Contest Rules: * Designs must be created on an 8.5” x 11” sheet of blank paper. * Entries must be submitted to Mrs. Breeding by Friday, October 30. * Designs may be hand-drawn or digitally designed. * Digital designs may be emailed to abreeding@oc-sd.com. * First-place winner: Their design will be featured on the cover of the 2026–2027 yearbook! * Second-place winner: Their design will be featured somewhere else in the yearbook. * Entries must be the sole work of the student. Tips for a Great Design: ✨ Use the entire page. ✨ Avoid leaving large areas of white space, including the background. ✨ Experiment with different mediums such as pencils, markers, crayons, and more. ✨ Remember—neatness counts! Our teachers have been busy planning fun games and activities, there will be a silent auction, vendor shopping, and more! We hope to see you there! 🍂🎃 Due to the Fall Festival, the after-school program will be canceled tomorrow, September 24th.

Some people have asked and we are happy to say that if students would like to join the Homecoming dress up week themed days to support the Livingston Academy Wildcats they are welcome to do so where it applies to our students. 💙🤍 Gear Up students don't forget your themed days that were posted previously for next week.

Just a reminder that Mrs. Clouse is hosting a Scholastic Book Fair in the library! 📚 It started today and will run through September 25. Students and families will also have a chance to visit during the AES Fall Festival on Thursday, September 24 from 5-8 pm!

The Overton County Health Department will be set up at AES for a Flu Shot Event on Thursday, September 24 from. 3:30-8:00 pm. This is the same night as the Fall Festival.

🍂 Allons Elementary Fall Festival 🍂 Thursday, September 24 | 5:00–8:00 PM 📍 Allons Elementary School Fall Festival is just around the corner! 🎃 This is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and we are still looking for vendors and donations to help make this event a success. We are currently seeking donations for: * 🎟️ Silent Auction * 🧺 Classroom Theme Baskets * 🎯 Games Please check with your child’s teacher to see if their classroom is still in need of donations if you are able to help. 🎯 Mrs. Paige and Miss Ella are collecting 2-liter sodas and snack cakes for their Bullseye game PE fundraiser.
